These Terms govern your use of IELTsBandLift (the “Service”), provided by SaaSphire LLC (“we,” “us”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who the Service is for

The Service provides feedback and practice tools for IELTS General Training writing. It is intended for personal study use.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Submissions and feedback

When you submit writing, you retain ownership of your content. We use your submissions solely to deliver feedback and improve the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate others or provide false information.

5. Payments and cancellations

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime; access remains through the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

6. Disclaimers

Feedback is educational guidance and does not guarantee a specific IELTS score. The Service does not provide official IELTS scoring.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSphire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
