Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IELTsBandLift (the "Service"), operated by SaaSphire LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IELTsBandLift provides AI-generated practice feedback and estimated band scores for IELTS General Training Writing tasks. Scores and feedback are generated automatically and are an estimate for practice purposes only.

IELTsBandLift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, or any official IELTS test administrator. Scores and feedback provided by the Service are AI-generated estimates for practice purposes and are not official IELTS scores. We do not guarantee any particular band score, exam result, or immigration/visa outcome from using the Service.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. One trial account per person — see Section 6 on abuse of free credits.

• New accounts receive a limited number of free trial scored submissions, granted once and not renewed.
• Paid plans (currently Focused and Serious — see Pricing) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• No refunds. Charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Cancel anytime to avoid being charged for the next period.

Free trial credits are limited to one allotment per person. We may reduce or withhold trial credits for accounts we reasonably believe were created to circumvent this limit (for example, multiple accounts from the same source). See our Privacy Policy for how we use signup information for this purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, or account restrictions.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

You retain ownership of the essays and letters you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated scores and feedback may contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSphire LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on scores or feedback for exam preparation or immigration decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
